Location

In order for you to drive to the villa from the airport, you take the main road to Skala (about (50 min. drive). Once you reach at the centre of Skala, you take the coast road to Poros. You will be passing by restaurants, cafeterias and hotels. Once you pass by the SAN GIORGIO HOTEL (left side of the road) and just 150 m. ahead, also on your left side you will see a big property with a white stone fence and a green gate with 3 villas in it, one behind the other. We have a sign saying ASTRA VILLAS.

If you come to Kefalonia by ferry via Patra (mainland) or via Italy (direct ferry), you will get off at the port of Sami. From there you take the main road to Poros. Once you get to Poros, which is about 25 km. From Sami, you take the coast road to Skala, which is about 12 km. From Poros. When you reach at the Apostolata, proceed 2150 m.

About Skala

At the village of Skala, which is about 3 Km. from the villas, you will find all the shops that you need, open every day and at any time. Super markets, bakery, pastry shop, souvenir shops, gift shops, beach accessories, car and motorbike hires. You will find lots of restaurants with local traditional food and others with foreign cuisine.

For your entertainment there are cafeterias and bars in Skala but also on your way to Skala, right next to the sea. At the organized sandy beach of Skala, length of 3 km., you will find all kind of water sports activities. We are expecting you and we are willing to help you out with all sort of information that you will need.
